Another Bad Middle Eastern Managed Inn.
By Alan, 3/9/11
I did like the location but it stops there. My Room was very dirty. Beer bottle lid in floor, left side light burned out, a different outlet did not work, the fourth night the outlet at sink would not reset to allow the coffee pot or hairdryer to work. Wouldn't be surprised if it has an electrical fire. One look at the very very small lobby where Continental Breakfast (HaHaHa) small donuts that I was not sure if it had powder or mold on them. Coffee was good but the 6-8 people in lobby kept bumping into each other. My room was larger than the lobby. I have traveled around the world, stayed in 100's of hotels/motels and this was the worse. They should have paid me to stay there. What do you expect, it was probably very nice to the Arabian Management Standards.

Horrible...don't even think about staying here...
By LisaB, 1/13/10
This hotel seemed like a great place to stay...right by the beach, cheap rooms. We should have read the reviews. The carpet was filthy, our toddler kids had black feet from walking on it. There were pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom and also on the counter. The room had a horrible smell to it. The tub wouldn't hold water to give the kids a bath. The curtains didn’t cover the entire window, the sound of water dripping was heard thru the wall the entire night, people were standing outside our room all night, and the breakfast was beyond disappointing. They actually had big boxes of cereal for you to serve yourself, prepackaged donuts, and I could go on. Since our stay was New Year's Eve, we couldn't check out and not stay the night. So we stayed one night and wanted to check out early and find a new hotel. When we went to check out they told us there was an early check out fee of one nights room and tax...seems to me that so many people check out early they have to make their money somehow. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about staying here...I wouldn't wish this room on my worst enemy.

GREAT FOR THE LOCATION AND PRICE!!!!!
By Kat, 6/21/08
Being across from the beach it was GREAT! Also, for the price I wasn't expected the Hilton. It was great and they were really nice and respected our privacy, but always asked if we needed anything. Its GREAT, but not meant to live in!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

A GOOD BUDGET MOTEL
By tommy, 1/27/08
what i liked most is the location near the beach restaurants near by and close to orlando attraction and beside kennedy space centre, what i did not like was the the rooms which needs an update the staff were polite the pool small and well maintained and there was a whirlpool outside, its a basic hotel so dont expect luxury we enjoyed it there

good value for location
By Jacque, 4/17/07
After reading some not-so-good reviews of this hotel, I was so uneasy about staying there that I made a back-up reservation in Cocoa Beach. But, upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. For $69 a night it was at least clean. And the staff was friendly and accomodating. For adults, it was not difficult to get to the beach, but you did need to walk a few blocks...not the 300 yds. they told me. You did need to cross A1A which is a 4 lane highway. We used the Patrick Air Force Base beach (with restroom) but there are still huge rocks in the water when the tide is out. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and it's located in a somewhat quiet FL neighborhood. I also heard numerous complaints about mold. We were not bothered by it, if it existed in our room, but I would highly recommend NOT going to FL in the spring, especially on the coast, if you have allergies to mold. There is really not much the hotel staff can do about it. That's FL! For us, it was a great trip for the money.

Horrific experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/17/06
Upon arriving, the clerk was cussing like a sailor. A man in the lobby told him to clean up his language to no avail. He was assalted with obscenities. I told him that I was going to report him to the manager and I received similar abuse. This continued for two days. The rooms were filthy. I received maid service one of the four nights that we were there. Management did not think this was an issue. On the last day I decided to try the continental b'fast. I went to take a muffin and it was covered with mold. Needless to say, I skipped b'fast. I wish that I had read the other reviews before staying here.

Stay Away
By notever, 7/13/05
I booked a "suite" they don't have any. The rooms were tiny & dirty. Things were in poor repair. The door latch & inside lock didn't work. Scary. We left after 1 night. This was prepaid & they did refund my 2nd night.

PAINFULL !!!!!!!! READ THIS!!!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/12/05
First of all, we could not find the dang place. Then when we got there, the card keys would not work for some craped up reason. Our family wanted 2 room next to one another. They put 1/2 on one side of the building and 1/2 on the other side. While we are waiting for them to unlock the door, there were yelling highschool kids asking a member of the hotel staff for beer!!! He said "i might be able to loose a bottle or two in the front yard." We finally got into our room. The tub and shower had not been cleaned (still hair in the tub). I was scared to touch the (dam) shower curtain!!! this was aweful. In the morning, i woke up with a rash on my arm. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

not so good
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/24/04
We stayed here three nights. We requested a micro/fridge on reservation and never saw it. They have one in the lobby, but it closes at night. If you want anything extra (towels, blankets, etc.) you better call the desk before housekeeping leaves, or you won't get it. The rooms are very worn (carpet fades from dark pink to almost white). There was very low water pressure (immpossible to wash long hair), and black slimy mold in the creases of the shower. The grounds were kept clean, and mostly well lit. They had lots of brochures for surrounding attractions and restaurants. They had a cheap rate, you get what you pay for.
