Staying there was a mistake

The best thing I can say about it is that the room was a decent size and seemed clean. The bed also was fairly comfortable. But there was no blanket, only sheets and a well-worn cover with a cigarette burn. And we could have used a blanket because we couldn't get the room heater to run for more than seconds at a time. The towels were tiny and thin. The breakfast consisted only of doughnuts, juice and coffee. In general, the place looked so cheap and worn that we would have canceled our reservation if we'd been allowed to.

Yes the rate was fairly cheap Figured out why woke up to bites up and down legs and arms when to hospital told bed bugs wwnt back to hotel and spoke with lady at front desk sana and told that because i didnot complain before i went to hospital and she said she was manager i could not do nothing about it called bbb and they are not a member i can see why DO NOT STAY HERE JUST A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EVEN SPEAK BASIC ENGLISH YOU CAN UNDERSTAND

A great new place to stay!

I was so pleasantly suprized with my stay there. The hotel looked good, and the staff was very pleasant. It was inexpensive and not run down. Not sure why the rate was so low, maybe it is because it is a new hotel or something. Everyone was so friendly. I will for sure come back here again!

Very pleased with my stay...

First and foremost I really appreciated this hotel beating the price of Red Roof Inn across the street. They were very accommodating to my needs and their front desk staff was not only knowledgeable off the surrounding areas they also recommended a good, inexpensive restaurant. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The majority of patrons were traveling families and construction/business people. I would absolutely recommend the victory inn to anyone traveling on a budget. The area was safe. You can park your car right in front of your door as well. It did get loud at night but, as soon as we notified the front desk action was taken immediately and the noise subsided. The rooms were clean but I wish there was a coffee maker in the room however there was coffee all day long in the front lobby. The location was also very convenient for an "out of towner" such as myself - located immediately off the exit of 94.

It served the purpose for one night!

The location was great, a few miles from our reunion in Detroit. My coupon from the travel guide was accepted without incident. The area surrounding the hotel was clean. The only problems were: the room smelled musty, and there were people actually living in the rooms. I saw a lady sweeping out her hotel room, and her children strolled each other in the baby stroller outside while she did such. There was an argument outside at 2:30 a.m., which lasted about five minutes. Initially, I did not feel safe, but after a few hours, I was okay. If you're interested in saving money, only need to stay one night, and you don't have children with you, I would recommend this hotel to you.
