Not worth the money!

We had two rooms. This place needs improvements! Our faucet leaked continuously, the shower drain didn't drain properly. There was ceiling damage. We didn't want to complain because at least the plumbing worked and we didn't want them doing further damage and possibly not having any plumbing at all. No hangers. The bedding didn't fit the beds. The other room, the deadbolt didn't work, their faucet leaked as well. Their front door was very difficult to open and close. Other guests had the same problem with their doors. The shower head is placed very low, you have to bend over to shower. Wasps and ants everywhere outside. There is an airport nearby. Housekeeping knocked very hard and loud and scared me to death at 9:15 a.m., they didn't speak very good English nor did it appear they understood it very well. The next morning, they knocked and entered almost at the same time, once again scaring me to death. They have Dish Network, which kept going out, between the two rooms, next door to each other, different channels, very limited as well.
When we checked in, they gave us different menus from area restaurants, we ordered a pizza, we were charged over a dollar for the "local" phone call. We found out after they shut off our phones on the third day because of that call. We prepaid for several days. There was an argument regarding this call and them shutting off our phones and they said we could check out that day and get a full refund, which we finally decided to do and we did get a refund for that day. As we were checking out, another guest was complaining about feces in the toilet and the toilet not working. He asked for another room, they said there weren't anymore, he wanted a refund.
