Hard to work with/ Get a clue!
Never stayed here. I made an online reservation at Super8 in Lexington, NC. When confirmation came back they had accidently made my reservation at this Charlotte location. I called to have them cancel and they would not, saying it was not within the cancellation period. I had Super8 customer service try to cancel and they still would not even listen to their own customer service people. They refused to cancel and still charged my credit card for the 2 nights. Customer service says they will refund me any charges but not until I take the time and trouble to complete a request to do so. I have had to put up with this extra stress and headache for 30 days now. Shame shame for not working with your customer service. You need to listen to them, they are trying to make you a better place to stay. Get a clue!!
