Scottish Inn, Murfreesboro

i checked in at 2am. i asked the front desk clerk for a late check out. ( normal check out: 11am ; i asked for 12pm)the clerk said he would leave a note for the day shift. maybe he did are maybe he didnt leave the note but happens next was god awful. i recieved a phone call in my room from the front desk. she stated that i had 40 minutes until check out. so i wake up and call my ride and take a morning shower. i take my remote control and room key to the front desk to recieve back my $5 deposit. the clerk then says since i checked out so late that the $5 that i had for a deposit now belongs to them. notice that there isnt a clock in room 103. I now look up at the clock in the lobby and it reads 11:20 am. i tell the lady about me and the other attendants agreement. she still wasnt trying to justify the situation. so i walked into the room where the genrel manager was i spoke to her about the problem i was having. she saids also the money belongs to them. so i call the police. ( the general manager then states: i hope that you dont have any type of warrants out for your arrest)the police arrives to the lobby and i explain what was going on. she spoke with the clerk and ask her to call the clerk to varify my agreement. she wouldn't. just to be a ass. finally about 45 minutes later. she slams my $5 on the desk and told me to take me and my half bred nigger child and get the fuck off her property. so i did this just happened 8-2-07
