Hot Springs Inn Magnuson Hotel, Truth or Consequences

I knew this was a nice place to stay when I booked my hotel over the phone. The lady was so nice and welcoming, as was the lady who checked me in. the room was nice and comfortable and everything worked well. There were several fly's in the room, though, but thats the only thing.

A very nice motel! The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The free wireless Internet was fast, the staff was friendly, and the room was very quiet. The breakfast buffet includes make-it-yourself waffles (which always gets my vote). All this for under $60 with the AAA discount. I don't know how they do it!

For a lower priced motel, this place rivals motels costing double. Clean rooms with no skimping on amenities and toiletries. Ample free breakfast with waffles; coffee 24-hrs, computer available in lobby. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable of the area's attractions. This manager runs a tight but friendly ship! Best of all, PET-FRIENDLY with no extra charge! There is a Wal-Mart , McDonalds and Denny's within walking distance, but if you venture a short way into the main part of town you will be rewarded with excellent local cuisine at reasonable prices. Hot springs water soaking is readily available at the several soaking places and lodges so I saved a lot of money staying at the Hot Springs and then going for soaks by the hour in the spots along Austin Street. Right off tthe Interstate and very convenient to Elephant Butte.

This is an excellent motel to stay in while in T or C. People are friendly and the cost is very inexpensive. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Well taken care of! Parking is also very good.
