BED BUGS!!!!
By ,
Disgusting! The first time I've ever had such a horrific experience at a hotel! I was awakened in the middle of the night to my body itching like crazy. When I turned on the lights, my body was covered in bed bug bites! Even on my face (near chin area). I immediately called down to the desk and the rude receptionist that they had there simply said "There's nothing I can do except give you another room becuase I'm th eonly one in charge in the building." Just to show him exactly what I was was going through I went to the desk and shwed my bites and demanded at least an apology and some sort of remorse But all I got was "All we can do is give you another room". Since I was so tired from my trip from that morning I had no choice but to sleep in another room and wait until the manager of the hotel arrived in the morning. So when the manager arrived the next day, I explained everything to him and he said he checked the computer and hadn't noticed any reports of bed bugs from house keeping and he assured me that they always do a thorough cleaning. Let's just say I have him a piece of my mind. NEVER AGAIN WITH ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH COMFORT INN!!!!!

Disgusting and cheap
By ,
This place is not worth the money. It has a motel feel and smell. The bathrooms are old and rusted. The only great thing is that we got our money back and went to the red roof inn across the road. It was a much better stay.

Great For Business Travelers
By ,
Have stayed at this location since they opened 5 years ago. It is not showing signs of wear, and they have made improvements in services every year. Also i stayed at this comfort inn for 3 nights this week and the rooms, staff is excellent and very helpful i would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area.

Just Fine
By ,
This is a perfectly adequate motel. Paid 89 dollars for a king size room on the 4th floor. Check in was uneventful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Nice extras include micro/fridge, free wifi, continental breakfast, loved the beds. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It's not a resort, nor did i pay for one.

Nice Little Place
By ,
I have read the reviews on this site before I booked, but I still wasn't expecting much based on the price, location and hotel rating. This was an incredible value. The hotel was spotless, the service was great and everything just had a very comfortable feeling. The room was much larger than we expected and nicely done. The free breakfast was kept stocked and clean for the entire time. There is a big mall right next doorand Applebees within walking distance. It was just a very nice place to spend a night (or a few), and located near the NJ Turnpike and Rte. 1.

BED BUGS!
By ,
Traveled with 15 people (5 rooms). People from 4 of the 5 rooms we rented came home with bed bug bites. Just on my body alone (after a 2 night stay) I had 23 bites on my neck and arms. Please beware and clean your clothes and luggage upon your return.

What a Disappointment
By ,
We have been staying at the McIntosh Inn of Princeton since my son started college in that area in 2000. At first we were very pleased with the hotel, but on our last visit.....August 5, 2006.........we were very disappointed and embarrassed because we had made reservations for not only ourselves, but also another couple who were traveling with us. When we arrived, our rooms were not ready. No apology was given and when we finally got to our rooms, we didn't have the queen size bed I had reserved. The carpet was filthy.......I wouldn't walk around without something on my feet. The next morning when we checked out, I was not even asked how my stay at the hotel was. Very little eye contact was made. I wasn't even told to come back again.......which I NEVER will. It's sad to thing that whoever is in charge now.......let this happen. I will be passing this information along to others who may be staying in the Princeton area. Dawn Dietz

Terribile Service - Child stuck in bathroom
By ,
The lock in the bathroom broke when a child was in the bathroom. The hotel did come get the child out of the bathroom but was UNWILLING to do anything to adjust the rate by any amount...even a small amount. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Looking forward to returning
By ,
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. I am making reservations to return due to my positive experience. I was particulary pleased with the microwave, refrigerator and counterspace. Traveling by myself, I felt very safe.
