Motel 6, Weed

STAYED ONE NIGHT AND WAS CHARGED FOR TWO. STILL TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK. ROOM SMELLED LIKE A WET DOG AND SO DID THE BEDSPREADS. STAFF WAS NICE JUST NOT VERY BRIGHT SINCE THEY DO NOT KNOW BASIC MATH ! WOULDN'T RECCOMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

Look, if you want cheap...done. If you want clean, comfy, family, rest, to feel half way decent after you leave...don't stay here. I have actually made the mistake of staying a 2nd time. NEVER again though. Staff is fine. Freeway loud. Doesn't feel safe. Does feel gross.

Denise the manager is a serious mean person with a lot of problems also Elise as staff. Rooms smell like cigarettes all of them I changed rooms before and had to stay several times on a commute. The place is UN-habitable in proper terms. I got my work to change where they book all our traveling sales. There is a lot of noise day and night many drunken fights plus police action all too commonly away from residents. Weed is a heavy crack town with a mixed population locals party at this place often as a close get away. The towels are stained also bed sheets, I itched from dust mites in my bed before its so disgusting. Curtains and lights are always a little messed up or off. Bathrooms dirty upon check in. Handicap side of building too much light and crappy heaters and air cooling systems. Maids bother you even if you stay over to check if they can rob your room while you are out, do not trust these maids for one minute also very loud no respect. Dogs bark all hours and have not enough places to go to the bathroom for this is near nothing around just a crappy motel 666. Stay at the Townhouse or Hi-Lo only in Weed. Motel 6 has no class quality and hard to sleep a wink. Ice taste old and service is bad. Parking lot is dangerous. Can hear the 5 fwy loudly. Change their prices daily very corrupt. The worst thing is the smoke detector going off commonly when you take a hot show alarming the hell out of everyone and disturbing in so many ways. Please save your money and go camp at the lake Siskiyou or other shelter this place is hell and a headache all together. TRUTH ONLY

The staff of Motel 6 made us feel very welcomed and catered to our needs as if they were a 5 star hotel. We were there for several days and found that each shift change brought with it another group of pleasant and accomodating staff. I recommend this facility not only for the staff but also for the location. It is on the outskirts of town but close enough to the highway and downtown Weed to be convenient. Stop on in and have a nice stay.

Close to Mount Shasta, but half the price of most motels in the area. So, for not much money, we got a nice, clean room, comfortable beds, and coffee in the morning. It was quiet, and the front desk clerk was very nice. I would recommend this motel.
