I always stay at this hotel every two weeks , staff is very friendly and room is very very clean.

We have stayed at the hotel 3 times in the past couple of months. Each time there femmale manager has been nothing but, RUDE! Each time they change there rates to accomdate there business that day. We had a over flow in our tub. We called down after 11pm to get a few extra towels to clean up. Where were greeted with "Do you know what time it is?, What room is this? We explained we needed a couple of extra towel....but before we could finish she stated "There is no one here to give you towels!" We offered to come down and picked them up but, were rudely hung up on. NEVER STAY THERE! WHAT A F-C***.

the reviews posted here for this hotel are very much outdated...it is run by a new management now. it certainly improved the current state of this hotel. it is clean and well appointed with new furnitures. location is safe. the front employee was quite helpful and respectful. it is quiet at night. everything the previous reviews indicated are certainly not true at all. ny family would not have any reservations of going back if we are in the area.

I travel more than 100 days per year on business so it takes a lot for me to complain about a place. The desk staff at this hotel were very, very unpleasant. Other than that the hotel rates an "OK" at best. Please consider other hotel options in the area. You can do better.

I reserved a days inn hotel in Sacremento. And when I went to the hotel there was a board saying no vacancy. When I went inside the Hotel Manager told me that my reservation was cancelled. And it was around midnight. But I never cancelled it. So I called days inn. The rep was not at all helpful. What he told me was "since you are not staying at the hotel you won't be charged". And the hotel manager didn't even help me find a hotel. So I had to drive around in the mid night to find a hotel nearby and the price at each place was too high because I went late. So that is my experience with days inn. I don't think I will ever stay at days inn.Do you want to stay there?

The sheets had not been changed there was body sweat,torn sheets and hair the desk clerk was very unhelpful and security was bad there were transitits in the hall ways.

After our experience at this hotel we will never stay in Sacramento again! The first room we were put in smelled of drugs and had a broken bed and screen. The second room we were placed in was filthy and located underneath a teenage party that sounded like it might come through our ceiling. We left in the middle of the night.
