Just OK

The Motel looks ok from the outside but once I got to my room, the shower head was laying on top of the bed, the curtains were broken and the alarm clock did not work. Rooms are OK but really could use modernizing, everything looks old and dated, pluses include the air conditioning, it worked just great and the staff were great.

I love this motel.

The staff was really nice and inviting. The rooms made me feel at home so did the people that work there. The price isn't too bad and the location in my opinion is perfect. Close to fast food, minutes from the mall, and right next to the freeway. But you can't hear too much of the traffic. Continental breakfast could be a little better, but I would def stay there again.

Very helpful and extremely hospitable....

The staff at this particular location really go above and beyond to provide good guests services. Andre', the sales manager, also went out of his way to help with local info needed in our search for a new home, and just to make newcomers to the area feel welcome. Southern California Atmosphere!

We opted for one of the suites, and were given a choice of a mountain view, private courtyard view, or poolside. (We chose the mountain view) Even though it is just off the main highway (4 lane), it was quiet and the afternoon was delightful in the courtyard where there were places to sit near a fountain surrounded by trees and green plants. A perfect place to read! Our suite was on an upper floor, and we appreciated the convenience of the elevator for our handicapped mother. The bathroom in the suite was very well equipped for handicapped use, and we hadn't mentioned it to anyone! Oh! And the swimming pool & jacuzzi were private & not out by the road!

more pro's tan con's

nice clean room, average size, i liked it has a seperate sitting area, couch tv sink microwave and minifridge.did not see the desk area that is mentioned in amenities.second tv on dresser in bed area, nice mini patio does no good, no chairs or table etc, but still nice tht it is there. also nice center court table areas trhough out the complex. mini resturnt a little pricey and open minimum hours.many fast food places on same street, open late manager/owner seemed to pick and choose prices and was rude to some people that looked tired and worn,while giving others a discount due to time (overheard)price was average to others in city, but loctio and outside were better appearance.

Los Angels Transit

Best spot at Eastern end of LA is to avoid the I-10 and select a nicer facility such as the Best Western Image Inn in Moreno Valley on safer Hwy 60. Good security, enforced quiet, good price, and clean facility. Staff was very helpful in prompt return of items left behind.
