Red Ranch Inn, Sequim

Hotels are hotels. When I worked there, we had a lovely front desk,(KAREN) the owners, who sold it to the new one, were absolutely more then amazing. I learned how to clean til the room was immaculate!! Young and Bon Jo always did their best on any work that need to be done!. I know that this place is ALWAYS booked during summer time! As for the smell, these reviewers should be ashamed of themselves!! Also I know that if any of the customers were unhappy, they were more then happy to accomodate! As far as the room size, they had many different layouts. All you had to do is ask.

After reading the reviews, We were hesitant to stop here, but we heard that they were under new management, so decided to give it a try. We had a great stay! They have obviously done a lot of work and everyone was so pleasant! We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Sequim! Check it out.....the price was right and the reviews are certainly not!

What you see on the web-site is not what you get! I dont know where the pictures were taken, but apparently not in Sequim WA. Dirty linen, lamp shades had holes all over it, very old looking inside & out. Needs to be updated on the web-site, this place is very misleading......we will never come back!

There has to be a better place to stay in Sequim! Do not be fooled by the photos. The room was smelly, the bed was awful. Sequim however was a nice place to visit. Just stay someplace else.

we reviewed the website and decided to stop by for a look, wish i hadn't. This place is horrible, i asked to see a room and the one we were shown wasn't even cleaned from the last travelers! the front desk clerk was in an awful mood and i can say i will not be stopping by here again, ever! Also the website pictures are not from this motel!

We were horrified with the condition of this place; our room was not even cleaned from the last renter when we were given keys. Our "kitchenette" had absolutely no "kitchen items"; not even an ice bucket. The toilet ran constantly and you had to lift the lid and replace the filty, disgusting flap each and every time you flushed. The tubing in the tank was riddled with mold. We were committed to a 2nd night, unfortunately, and upn return to the room found it uncleaned, again. Was to accommodate 4 adults, however, there were no sheets or pillows to the pull out couch. Shame on these folks for operating in this fashion; NEVER again!

We've stayed at the Red Ranch off and on for years. The rooms are variable, some fine, some not. Have never seen one like the website photos. (Also, unlike the photo, the building is white with red trim and has been for several years.) Bring your own hair dryer and iron if you need them. You might get a refrigerator or microwave if you're lucky. Service is variable. They fired Roxy, the wonderful front-desk woman who made the place acceptable. We won't go back until she's back.

I loved how the front desk woman (a woman named Roxy) was so friendly. She was so nice and made me feel so welcome, i will really need to think about going back there because of the way the room smelled, and how dirty and just plain mucky it felt.. but the lady was so sweet. =) I might have to go baack jsut to visit with her..

The desk clerk was friendly but the room was felt dirty. The only clean thing was the tub/shower. Found small bugs behind the coffee maker and under the ice bucket. Bed/bedding was old. Room was very stuffy/musty even with the air going the whole time. One window was cracked, the other screen only half there. Next time we'll keep driving to Port Angeles.

The place was ggood on certain things like we could leave dog in room while gone. But the bedding needed upgraded. Not much hot water to shower and no pictures on wall. Told front desk but dont think they listened or could give this opinion to upper management.
