Cozy Cove Beachfront Resort In, Lincoln City

Our room was right on the beach - very nice and cozy. The people were very nice. I asked management about the bad review below - I was told the problem was an ex-employee they had to get rid of named Jeremy Ross a sex offender who also got caught stealing money. Nice place to stay I highly recommend the Cozy Cove!

My family goes to Cozy Cove twice a year and we always enjoyed our trips. The rates are reasonable, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beach is right in front of our noses! Literally! The location is great because i can watch my kids play at the beach while i stay on our room's private deck. My family especially loves Cozy Cove's heated pool and spa. We swam in it every day we spent there last August! The pool also looked much nicer than it did before, it seems they have gotten it repainted and repaired. I remember one of my fomer stays there and the pool looked out of shape and the paint was peeling. It looked great and was running perfectly! My husband and I were just there recently, but will be going back in the spring with our children. Over all this hotel is a great place to stay.

I have stayed at this place before, and I didn't like the vibe so the next time I came to Lincoln city I looked up registered sex offenders on my Iphone! NO KIDDING, SO I stop in and asked the man behind the counter, WHY DO YOU HAVE A REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER LIVING HERE???? He relpied that was it was his brother!!! Nice to know when you have 3 kids running around! I was so pissed! I thought there were lawa against this HELLO! Children do stay at HOTELS too!

WE'VE STAYED AT THE COZY COVE MANY TIMES. WE ENJOY THE FACT THAT IT IS ON THE BEACH AND THE PRICE IS GREAT. STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

One thing about cozy cove i liked was the location. I dissliked alot of thigs also, one thing i disliked was the room we got. it had a smell to it. i also disliked the way it looked it was older an the bathrooms where dirty. I would not ever stay at this place again!!!!

I have stayed at the Cozy Cove a couple of times and had a nice experience. The rooms are clean and during both stays it was a nice quiet and restful get away.

It had a great location right in the middle of Lincoln City, beautiful view, friendly people, and since I had a coupon for $50 a night for a standard ocean view room, I must admit it was a good value...BUT... 1. The heater sounded like a helicopter and took forever to warm up the room. 2. The bathroom floor was really squishy...it seemed like the wood was rotting wall-to-wall. 3. No alarm clock...or clock of any sort besides the TV Guide channel! We even requested one, but there were none to be had. 4. Better like your neighbors, because the walls are thin. 5. Mattress needed to be turned...or replaced. 6. Didn't have very many of the normal courtesy items you'd expect in a motel...like shampoo, a pen, lotion, or "Do not disturb" hangers...all they offered was three bars of soap. They DID have a coffee pot, microwave, hairdryer, and good size mini-fridge which was nice. 7. No bathtub - just a small shower stall. I could have found that out if I would have asked so I don't count that against them, but just a head's up if you plan to stay in a basic room there. Even though it's hard to find ocean-view rooms that cheap on the Coast, next time we go to the beach I'm going to spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

We have been going to the CC at least twice a year for almost 4 years now. Always have been very satisfied with the service. Management has always been courteous, the jacuzzi rooms have been clean, and the convenience of the rooms above the beach magnificent! Feeding the seagulls from our balcony in the morning, and watching the sunsets in the evening from the room is always memorable. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but its whats inside that counts doesn't it?

The next door guests fought all night long. We called and called for help to the front desk and no one ever answered. In the morning we complained and they said the manager would call us and possibly comp us but never did. It was an awful sleepless night...and we weren't in Seattle.

I only stayed one night. My room was very clean and had a good clean smell. The motel was close to a very nice restaurant ( within walking distance). I stayed in a courtyard room and just had to walk around the corner to either go to the beach or the parking lot. They served fresh coffee or tea in the morning at the office.
