One Saturday in sept(this incident is reported in madras ore, police dept) 3 drunken patrons of this establishment mistakenly thought they got locked out of their room.(their relatives had reserved rooms 2 doors down and 1 upstairs) around 2:00 am these drunken men started beating on our door, we told them they had the wrong room. they threatened us and tried break in and beat the door down, screaming obscenites, and pounding on the door, we were terrified, no one would help us, the manager slept though the incident ,i called the police on my cell phone and fortunatley they came, the police did NOT arrest the one man they caought, the 2 others fled the scene. they quieted the man they caught, but let him go back to his families. they left their beer cans on my car, and ,littered around the parking lot. the police did not seem concerned., these drunken men had odvously drove around town all night intoxicated.They threatened us and tried to beat down the door,fortunaelty it is metal. twice they left, but then came back, (really scary) fortunaelty the doors are metal. these drunks ruined our stay and we were terrified, we were alone and afraid, the manager on duty never came out, it was like the movie "Deliverence". No one cared.
