Luxury Inn, Cheyenne

This was the most filthy and disgusting place we have ever stopped at. We asked for a refund, they gave it to us, then billed us again. We are disputing it with VISA. The sheets hadn't even been changed, The pillow cases were wrinkled and SOMEONES hair was in the bed. Carpet repaired with duct tape and we stuck to the floor. The guy there said no one was there to change the sheets. Asked for a refund which they gave and then when we left, they billed us as a no show. We didn't have reservations so I don't know how we could have been a no show. Will report to the Cheyenne's Better Business Bureau and the health department needs to be informed. I've been trying to call them and they don't answer the phone.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at in my entire life! There were stains on the walls and ceilings. We stayed here during frontier days because there was no where else. Next time I will drive all the way home, or to ft. collins. We left, and it smelt like we had been in a bar all night, because our clothes smelled of smoke so badly. We had read earlier reviews, so brought our own bedding. I recommend this if you HAVE to stay there.

My husband and I had been traveling for 14 hours and rented a room because of the price. The lobby looked clean but the room was filthy! The carpet was stained and patched with duct tape. The bed sheets were so thin you could see through them. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Due to the time of day, it was too late to find another room. We went to a local truck stop and bought Lysol to spray down all surfaces, including the bed! The continental breakfast included a loaf of bread and toaster in the lobby.

My husband and I were on a cross country trip to see a sick relative. We had been sleeping in our camper for two weeks. On our way home we decided to rent a room and sleep in a real bed for a night. My husband rented us a room here. When I saw the room, I told my husband no way, I'd rather sleep in our camper. Worst room I've ever seen. We left and slept in the camper once again.

The htel was much cleaner than Motel 6 located down the street and they also offered breakfast and coffee in the morning...Always a plus

It is the worst hotel ever. the towels are dirty, the beds are broken, the staff are very rude and only cares about herself. She has had the stained towels for over 3 years. never go there. i recemend another hotel. it cost to much for its high price. plus it says no smoking in some rooms but they smell like the have been smoked in before. Some people say its clean but i dont think so.

Staff is very rude, hotel smells, and the sevice is horible. I wish there was an option for no stars in the rating!!!

Prices are almost always lower than Motel 6 next door and rooms are bigger and nicer. (It used to be a Howard Johnson) This place also allows pets. However it is just as close to the tracks as Motel 6 and I would recommend asking for a room with windows facing WEST to get the quiet side. Also, this site mentions a "fitness center", but I never saw it. Has indoor hallways which does help during cold weather.
