Never Again

I checked in and when I went to the room is when I had the 1st bad experience. The door was open. Then I tried the key as I do always to make sure I can get back in when I come back. The key didn't work in the lock. The beds were hard and the beeding was not clean looking at all. A bad odor in the room, paint peeling in the bathroom, dirty toilets, mold and mildew in the shower. I went out with friends after asking for a refund (which I didn't get) and when I returned my clothes watch and smokes were gone. The door was now unlocked. I called the front desk (door was locked when I tried to just go see them). When I talked to the manager again they were very unprofessional and said that the door shouldn't be unlocked and I must have not locked it when I left. Police were called and nothing. Very scared to even stay there. Next time we might be in the room when it is broken in to.

A Taste of Old Wisconsin

The Twin City on Green Bay Road has the feel of the old Wisconsin motels that you would stop at on your way up north. There is nothing swank about the accomodations, in fact some of the screens are broken and the pull down shades have cracks, but the rooms are clean and warm. The price is right and the noise level bearable.
