Location: Good Room Quality: Not what I expected (but under NEW MANAGEMENT)

Some of the things I liked was that it was really close to Cedar Point (I mean literally it was right across the street). And the front desk people were very nice Just to let you know: THE ROOMS ARE MUCH SMALLER THAN THE PICTURE ON THE INTERNET! The first room we were in (room 123) was really hot, the bed was too close to the airconditioner (which was probably why we were not getting any cool air), and there were some flies in our room (probably when the door was opened too much). So then we switched to room 135 which was much better and cooler than the first room and had an adjoining room (which was good because we were adjoined with our relatives who were traveling with us. Also our relative's room, which was room 120, did not have a hairdryer in their bathroom, so I would pack one just incase if you get a room with no hairdryer). It also had a newer t.v. We did not use the pool, but the pool was much smaller than the picture on the Internet and it was a little dirty. Speaking of Internet, if you want to use the high-speed Internet, you would have to go to the lobby, they are not available in rooms (which they should have deleted on the website under amenities free high speed internet and only leave high speed internet in lobby)
The breakfast could have been a little better (there were only muffins, bread to toast, cereal, and juice. No fruit). But I guess it was o.k. for the theme park rides (you would not want to eat too much if you were going on rides like Millenium Force or Top Thrill Dragster).
So would I recommend this hotel? Probably for the location and value, but if you were looking for a little more room quality, you should stay somewhere else.
