Swanky and totally groovy to the max!

Swanky circa-70s living. Not posh but not ghetto. Outdated but perfect for mid-range families and college students visiting the campus. The penthouse suite is a site to behold. It popped right out of the Vietnam era complete with shag carpeting. Monthly rate: $450
