Motel 6, Omaha

This is my third time there. It is not luxurious but it is clean, everybody is nice and my kids love the pool and the breakfast. Great for families.

We had three rooms for our family, stayed two nights and were happy with the cleanliness of the rooms, extremely helpful and friendly desk clerk and employees. Our rooms were clean, well stocked with the essentials (toilet paper, kleenex, coffee and towels), the a/c worked exceptionally well. Our bed (we had a king size) was so comfortable, it was hard to get up in the morning. The bedding and towels were crisp/clean. The TV worked well and we received many stations, both local and cable. (HBO) For the cost, it is a definite DO! We were very pleasantly surprised and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great value: service and cleanliness beyond the inexpensive rate.

We just went (July 07) and found that 1 - the 'wireless internet' advertised took slow to a new level. It took about a half hour to bring up a text-based e-mail. I would figure out if they've fixed this before coming back. The rooms were not overly clean (found a cockroach in ours), and the breakfast DID include make-your-own Belgian waffles, but did not include fruit, or a well-rounded set of breakfast options. Staff was friendly and helpful, so I'm not giving it 1 star.

Dirty dirty place...very unfriendly front desk help....no local channels. Asked if we could cancel our reservation and he was very rude about it. Wanted to know why we had to have local channels...Will not stay here ever!
