We were unfortunate to book in December for a May 10th stay due to graduation week end activities at the University. Make certain you get a firm price commitment as they raise their rates whenever there is something going on at the University. The room was very small and the two beds sort of wedged in between the walls. There were no drawers or cupboards, just shelves. The shelving was coated with dirt and dust and had to be washed down with a towel, the only face towel we had.. Same for the bathroom. No Kleenex tissues. No Refrigerator. No coffee maker. No Microwave. No extra 110v plug ins. Paint splattered all over the bathroom. The one chair in the room was broken and unsafe to sit in. No WIFI signal. Mattress was of poor quality and only two small pillows. The one great experience over outdoor camping - the shower worked. The front desk people were very nice and said they were sorry. The manager did reduce what they charged us to what they quoted us in December. In the words of that old song, "There will never ever be another you", Motel 6.
Our daughter is going to school at K State and we seem to visit her a lot. we stay at Motel ^ not only because of the great price but it is close to campus, has a Grocery store behind and several other national chain stores in the area also.
This Motel is Close enough to the K State campus, but far enough away to stay out of the trafic and crouds after a game. There is a good slection of services in the area and it is close to the highway.
