Beware if it's cold!

I checked in at 3 pm and found the thermostat set at 40. Not bad, except the outside temp was 25. The heat comes from radient devices mounted high on the wall. With nothing to circulate the air, it took a very long time to warm up. In fact it took over 8 hours for the room to become tolerable. I ended up wearing my jacket, gloves and hat most of the night. Hotel staff suggested that I be patient and turn the heat up to 85. At check out the airport shuttle dropped me off at the wrong terminal?! Insult to injury. All area hotels are priced as low - I'd recommend the Ramada across the street or any of the other hotels across 114.
 
 
 
 
 
won't pick you up at airport

My family had reservations for this hotel when we came back from a trip. Had a confirmation number, and had motel take us from motel to airport. When we arrived back at DFW, I called the RR Inn to pick us up. They said 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later, I called back. They said 10 more minutes. 10 minutes later they said 10-15 more minutes. This went on and on until 12:45 AM, when I finally begged another hotel van to take us to the RR Inn. The manager was completely nonchalant about it, and could have cared less that my family, with 2 small children, were stranded at DFW in the middle of the night. Oh, and when I talked to the manager, he said my confirmation # didn't exist. We drove back home to White Oak instead of staying at their flea bag hotel. Never stay there! They will not honor their reservations, and will leave you stranded!

Great Price, Excellent Service

This has excellent service and the price is right too. The room was clean and very comfortable. I have stayed here a couple of times and the business room is nice size with a fridge and microwave that is nice to have in a room. There was also a nice desk and work area. This is the perfect property for getting work done and convience to flying out.

clean, but DON'T rely on the shuttle

a clean, simple, hotel, as expected, good price. However, the experience getting from DFW Airport via the shuttle was terrible! After calling several times and being told "he was on the way" over the course of well over an hour, we finally took a cab, for which the hotel paid, upon my insistence. Note: the continental breakfast was a bit worse than I expected: commercially prepared pastries wrapped in plastic. Great o.j., though.

Good price

Location is great. Value is great. Room was clean. Continental breakfast is average at best. I spent some of the money I saved on the room on a good breakfast next door at Denny's, so I still believe that I came out ahead.
