Plantation Inn on the Lake, Granbury

The people are the greatest and very friendly, housekeeper will speak to you and offer any help needed. Breakfast was very good Texas style home cooked. Room rates were very good for what service I received. I'll be coming back again just to see the front desk women happy faces.

I really enjoy the way the rooms are set up and most of the guest that I saw are my kind of people warm and friendly a great full breakfast every morning was so welcoming

Our second visit to the Plantation Inn on the Lake and just like last time, we enjoyed a clean, comfortable, afordable& quite nights stay after enjoying the Granbury Opera. It's nice to have a place you can count on for a good night's sleep and avoid a long drive home after the show.

I loved everything about it! From the knowledgeable staff, to the Quaint southern charm and history of the hotel, Granbury is so famous for. Best of all, the cleanliness, sevice, clean pool, NO musty hotel presence to cramp the style of this charming place. Close enough to EVERYTHING, but quiet and calm, to wher you can relax, and have a BREAK from the hussle and bussel. I am a local who need a place to stay while I had repairs done to my home, I MADE THE BEST CHOICE in TOWN!

We liked everything about the Plantation Inn. The location is perfect to allow easy access to the City of Granbury, the rates were great, rooms clean and comfortable, the staff that Dutch and Brenda Wilkinson have are extraordinary. Everyone made us feel at home and were so helpful with directions and sites to visit. Dutch went above the call of duty when he helped us when our car would not start. He even checked on us to make sure we made it back to Bandera, Tx, without any more trouble. Show us another hotel that would do that!!

I loved everything about my stay at the Plantation Inn. The staff was VERY helpful, even calling my room and inviting me to pull my car under the covered drive in front, when a storm was coming. They were all pleasant, great to get along with, and attentive to my needs without being overly so. The bed was very comfortable - probably one of the most comfortable I've EVER slept in, at a motel. Overall, I would recommend this highly to anyone staying in the area, and if and when I visit Granbury again, I can guarantee you I will stay at the Plantation Inn!

Overall there were no dislikes about our stay. Was an overall pleasant stay. From room rate, availability, cleaness and size of room to the front desk service, I was VERY impressed. The complementary breakfast was great! Will definately stay again in the future. The Plantation Inn is a getaway treasure! Barbara

Have stayed here before and will surely be coming back again. Rooms are large and very clean. A comfortable place for a peaceful getaway to rest and be restored. This time I came here for some much needed rest following a missions trip to Asia. It was exactly what I needed. Staff was very attentive, but knew when to leave me alone and let the "jet-lag" resolve itself. I recommend it.

The rooms are clean,the people that work there go out of there way to make your stay there as pleasant as they can. Our car club has stayed there two years in a row, we show up in a large group and they already have our paper work and keys layed out for us so check in is fast and easy. They attend to our every need with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. This last trip my wife and I forgot and left our power cord for our lap top in one of the dresser drawers in our room, when we got home i called the front desk and they went straight up to our room and got the cord and boxed it an shipped it the next day to our house.
