Days Inn San Angelo, San Angelo

I've stayed in this hotel before, and had no complains about it until two weeks ago. I arrive to the hotel at 1PM with a reservation number, and they (The Manager) told me that the rooms were being cleaned, to give them a call at 3pm; So I called at 4PM and they were still cleaning the rooms!! Can someone explain to me how this hotel had no clean rooms? or empty rooms? How long does it take to clean a room?? Thanks to that I will not ever stay in that hotel.

good rates & free internet - what more could you want? had no problems with service - didn;t try the breakfast which was in the diner next door.
