Econo Lodge On The Bay, Menominee

When I called the hotel for a price quote I was quoted a much lower rate than the one advertised on the internet, so I booked it as it came breakfast and a lovely view, I was told on the phone. Upon arrival they had no record of my reservation.Then they put me in a room that was ocupied, then they put me in a room that was dirty, finally I got a clean room of my own however without the view.The staff was very apathetic about my dilema and acted as if this type of thing happened often, not quite rude but unappologetic. The breakfast was a total mess lacking many basic neccessities such milk for the cereal, butter, anything sweet other than applejuice. Even the coffee was bad. So what sounded like a good deal turned out to be a very unpleasant experience.
