The front desk staff seemed to know their jobs but were totally indifferent to our needs. We were'nt greeted with welcoming smiles in fact, we seemed to be taking up their phone conversation (obviously personal)time in order to get checked in.
The restaurant staff was horrible and did'nt seem to know their jobs. Or rather I should say they the just were'nt interested in doing tnem.
Bed was comfortable, but room was filthy. Hair in tub and on bathroom floor.
We asked to speak to the manager and were told he was on the phone and could'nt speak with us. We were refused a partial refund for the dirty room. We will never stay there again.
