Baymont Inn & Suites Naperville, Naperville

The smell of wet dog (or worse) and old smoke was terrible. The staff explained it away as their brand of clear. It was there all week and never got better. The free high speed internet was terrible. It drops all the time and it very slow. The front desk had me call support and they said it was my laptop. The laptop works fine in the lobby were I am writting this review from. So if you think your going to work or play on the internet from the Baymont, think again unless you go to the lobby. Also the bed is as hard as the floor. Its only a short step above sleeping in my car.

We alway keep coming back because you can't beat it for the money. We have looked at other hotels but this one has excellent service, location and cleanliness at a great value. They offer a great rate for North Central College Parents and Patrons. Really important when you are in Naperville every weekend for football games. The two things I wish they had was a hot and cold breakfast buffet and pillowtop mattresses. But those wishes are not worth up to $50.00 dollars more found at other hotels in this area. They do offer a nice contiental breakfast. And as for the mattresses that is my personal opinion as some people might like hard mattresses. This will be our second year of coming to this place and staff although they have probably changed is always courteous and willing to go that exrtra to make your stay a pleasant one.
