Best Western Huntington Mall Inn, Barboursville

The service while I was a guest was decent. However, upon checkout I was told the $88.48 holding charge would be removed within 20 minutes. This is now 5 days after I checked out and there is still a charge of 88.48 on my card as well as the 79.64 charge for the room. Upon trying to contact the hotel manager, I have been given multiple excuses of why I cannot speak with the manager. I will never come to this establishment ever again. The staff has been very rude and hateful while I have been trying to find out why the charges haven't been removed. If you plan to stay with a credit card, beware...YOU MIGHT LOSE MORE MONEY THAN YOU EXPECT! I feel that this stay wasn't very nice.

This Best Western was absolutely top-notch! The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the location is very convenient. The Camden Park ticket package is an unbeatable value. The pool area was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were better than I expected, they must be a top Best Western, the free breakfast was excellant. The best part was the staff. We were visiting family over Christmas Holidays and the kids were getting a little restless. The desk person went out of her way to help find activites for us. Gave us a map and called the attractions to make sure they had not changed their hours of operation for the holiday. We will be back!

BEST of Best Western I've ever stayed! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great location to local shopping and restaurants . The staff are very friendly and helpful. They couldn't do any better!
