Red Roof Inn Washington DC - BWI Airport, Linthicum

The hotel is look fine with me and I have no problem to check in and out. Also, I appreciated the front desk man and the driver help me to get back hotel when I missed my train at late night. I like the persons take me to and from BWI airport. They are very friendly and helpful to me.

After waiting almost an hour to check in. The first room was next to the hotel laundry service. When I wanted to change rooms the desk agent gave me hard time, even though there were more rooms were available. Then the second room smelled like mildew and mold. The desk agent on my second night was extremely rude. She proceeded to "invite me outside" When I called for shuttle service from the airport, one desk agent put me on hold then humg up on me, I called back after waiting over 30 minutes for the shuttle. Desk agent was very rude, failed to tell me where to meet the shuttle, and then lied and said she did. When I asked for the Manager, she told me that she already told her Manager about me, and I could tell who I wanted. I would never ever stay in a place where employees are allowed to behave in this manner to a paying guest. And to have an employee of this company invite physical altercation and then thinks her Manager will back her is criminal.

Location is great- close to highways and restaurants and delivery places, parking lots very well lit Service- was very helpful each time request was made Rooms- updated and well appointed, could have used more lighting but was adequate Cleanliness- very nice and performed well every day Overall, great price for a good bare bones motel in a good area
