Econo Lodge Metro, Arlington

Our room had bedbugs which the hotel refused to address in any manner.The staff was so rude. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This hotel has bed bugs which the manager denied this had ever occured. But then I discovered in previous reviews of this hotel that other guests had encountered this as well. The manager was argumentative about that when I discussed with him the previous reviews. This management is unethical in their business practices.

This hotel is dreadful! The rooms are dated and drab. Clearly mediocre,but, it is a budget hotel, after all. But, then we discover inside the bed that there are bed bugs. The hotel was argumentative when we discussed this situation. I politely inquired as to whether the hotel was aware that there was bedbugs. They denied it. Then I reviewed tripadvisor and there was a review indicating that there were bed bugs. Clearly, this management is unethical. I will never return to this hotel again.

We stayed here for five nights. This hotel was very clean and the room was lovely. We had a very flat screen t.v. on the wall and they offer a nice little contential breakfast in the morning. It was only 3 blocks from the metro station and the walk in a nice part of town. Although we rented a car we didn't use it much as the metro station stops everywhere.

The location was fabulous- a short, safe walk to the metro station was a real plus. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well run with extra touches that made it seem nicer than most "budget" inns. I have already recommended it to my friends.
