This hotel is a joke
You have no idea how inept and clueless the "staff" is, and how long it takes to check in, or for that matter how hard it is to get anything at all from the employees, who seem to both not know what to do, or how to do it. And to top it off, they add insult to injury by having an attitude about it. They should form a union and demand a taxpayer bailout or stimulus to stay in business. Reminds me of Amtrack.
The check in computer program that is new and no one knows how to operate will charge you twice, and it is up to you to fix it, but not now, because the person who knows how to reimburse you is off until Tues. Now get out of here, I don't really care. Are you kidding? It is almost funny, almost Kafka. But not quite, just enough to be enraging but not to the point of humorous yet. How is Red Roof still in business? It is not worth the 5 or 10 dollar savings, stay somewhere else and pay a little more, the diminishing returns are not worth the so called "savings"
