I made my reservation for a three night stay.When I arrived, I was told that I did not have a reservation. I gave the desk clerk my comformation number. I was told that the dates for my reservation had past. The hotel not only had my dates wrong, but also charged me for a no show.However they did have one room left, which I took for three nights. I spoke to the hotel manager, the following morning and was told "that's not my problem". After a few minutes she told me that the charge was adjusted off. After geting my bank statement, the credit did not show up and I made another call. Was told again by the Manager that she took care of this . After receiving another bank statement, the credit was still not posted. I was lied to again and again. This hotel manager does not know how to talk to guest and does not understand guest service. I think its time for new management.After 3 moths, I'll take it as a loss, but I will never stay at a Comfort Inn. I do business in the area often and have changed to a much more friendly hotel.
