Where do I begin? They gave us a smoking room even though we requested non-smoking, then when we complained they said "sorry, we're full." The carpet must have been rotting, because the smoke smell was overwhelming. The A/C leaked so that water was seeping through the carpet. When I called the front desk at midnight to tell them, they said they were "swamped" and had to help me later. The plastic coffee cups in the room had coffee stains in the bottom of them and had been rewrapped in plastic. When I complained again the next morning, I was told the most they could give me was a 20 percent refund. Plus, they charged us $120 to spend the night in this hovel. Avoid at all costs.
