Park Lane Hotel At Four Seasons, Greensboro

We stayed at this hotel while visiting our college student. Hotel looked well kept on the outside. The staff appeared professional. Repairs were being done on a room on our floor therefore when you exited the elevator you were overcome with the smell of wet paint and other cleaning supplies.The carpeting in the room wa stained and appeared to need steam cleaning. We were disappointed in the appearance of the bathroom. The sink had a large gash in it and there was hair from the previous guest on the counter. The tiled floor was marred and unclean. The best thing about the hotel was the whirlpool tub.
