location, location, location, fall out of bed & head for the pool or beach. no need for car, plenty of food & drink places within walking dist. although there are loads of fine hotels & inns...this is at top of list for value.

Awesome!

The hotel is a like a little apartment very clean and confortable,is very close to restaurants and the beach. In the future I will go to this hotel again :)

Love it here

This is the third time that we stayed here. The place was nice and clean, and the rooms are really large. The staff was excellent. You couldn't pass up the location, right across from the beach. Our room was gulf view with large balconies, and we loved to sit out and watch the people and boats go by. It was also very close to everything. We cant wait to go back in October, or early next year.

Real Dump

Do not stay here this place is a real dump its drity and falling apart the railing on the balcony is rusted off so if you were to lean on it you would fall and get hurt when you hit the ground below apparantly they don't have building inspectors here because they would close this place its that bad.The carpet should be torn out you don't want to walk bare foot on it really nasty furniture is really old ond beat up. Do your self a favor and pay more money and stay some where else.I really wish I had taken pictures of it!

Love the staff here Jeff is tops!

It's a beach hotel some salt air roughness... to be expected. rooms great for the price and the staff is great! I travel to clearwater to visit with my family and I have a handycap brother who locked himself out more than once can I say and Jeff what a guy let him back in kindly each time with out a complaint. you can imagine how anoying somthing like that could be to a busy clerk. Jeff helped us out in more ways than one and his personality is second to none. in fact i offered him a job with me at my hotel in md. his response of course was... what and leave paridise! Jeff thanks for making my little family happy and safe. we will be back!

The price is right and the views from the rooms are super. The rooms are large with extra space, yes the place could use a fix up and be cleaner, overall the price fits. The Location is perfect! Stayed here 5 different times and always happy with my choice.

Great Deal

We have stayed at this motel , this was our 4th year. It is just what we want for a restful vacation. Walk to everything. Love the balcony and the view. The rooms are big, you do not feel cramped. It is an old motel and could use some updating but we will come back, it is clean and the help is very considerate and helpful. Great place for the value.

Location is GREAT! Well, that does it for the up side. Rooms dirty, staff ambevilent, price is reasonable for location but forget comfort.

This place was so dirty. The building is in need repair really bad as well. I did not like anything about this hotel except the location.
