Too bad their customer is horrible!!!!
The accommodations are nice enough... The customer service, however, leaves a lot to be desired. First, the front desk staff was mouthy and smart-alecky... not just to us, but to other patrons as well. One customer even replied to the front desk clerk, "Do you think you're funny?" The lobby was filled with angry guests... all waiting to check-in (unsuccessfully). In our particular case, we arrived for check-in at 12:00 Noon and it's now 3:40 p.m. and we still don't have a room... It's pouring rain, and my family and I (3 kids, 2 dogs, my husband and I) are sitting outside in the rain. We drove 4 hours to get here, so we are exhausted, hot and wet! Please note this is NOT a large resort... If they are short-staffed then they need to fix the problem, because their rates are not exactly cheap. The problem is that they are extremely disorganized!!! Instead of cleaning the specific room that's being waited on, they randomly clean rooms... and make the customer sit and wait. We are extremely unhappy and will not be returning. TOO BAD, we really hoped it was a nice place!
