The Springs Motel, Saratoga Springs

I travel to Saratoga twice a year to visit relatives and friends. I usually stay for a week. There are lots of motels to choose from but The Springs Motel offers the best value. It is reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and within walking distance of downtown. It also has a midsize refrigerator, a coffee maker, and free bottled water (two per day) which makes it perfect for short and long stays. For those hot summer days, a separately fenced-in swimming pool is available. The beds are firm, the air conditioning and heater systems work very well, and the windows and doors are sealed well to limit noise from outside. I have always gotten a good nights sleep there. Finally I have found the proprietor and his staff to be exceptionally courteous and very prompt to respond to any request. I have stayed there six times over the last four years and already plan to stay again.

The reviews of the Springs helped a great deal. I wanted a clean room and a comfortable bed and a place where I felt safe for my wife and me. What a great place -- the staff was very pleasant, the rooms clean, the beds comfy and a very good rate. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Our family had a great time at The Springs. My one and four year old sons loved the outdoor pool. Everything was EXTREMELY clean! Since we have no remaining family in the area to stay with, The Springs has become the place that our family stays every summer. Carl is great!

The people who work here made us feel most welcome, Rooms were very clean. The location is great: walk to downtown, Congress Park, the race track. We are looking forward to opportunity to return.

I needed someplace for the weekend and came across this jewel. This motel was cozy and had a homey and welcoming atmosphere. It was clean, conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful. It delivered everything it offered. My house keeper Brenda was a darling which only added to the good experience. It was certainly worth the money and definitely a bargain compared to the rates of some of the other hotels in the area. I would highly recommend the Springs to anyone looking for a bargain.

I traveled alone and I was not pleased that the owner put a 4 hour traveler, more like a "hookup" next to my room, when there were plenty of rooms available far enough away from me as not to disturb my sleep from 1am to 4am. When I phoned and at checkout fished out for a decrease in my bill, the only thing that was stated was, "We ask that our guests tell us as soon as the noise begins!" Some advice -- If you know guests are checking in for a short stay -- Do not put them next to a single guest that has been your guest for a night and there is a possibility this guest may come again, stay longer next time, or tell friends about your business, maybe even write a poor review about your motel on Yahoo Travel.

I recently called the Springs Motel on a friday night looking to book at room for the following sat. night, the person on the phone was very polite and offered me the last room available for the night at an amazing price. The motel is in the perfect location and is very well kept, i'm looking forward to my next stay at the Springs Motel.
