Green Haven, Lake George

Got there and let me start by saying i reconfirmed a couple of times also that morning as well as we began to drive so it is clear that they were well informed of the arrival of 8 people being I booked in the begining of June. My family arrives and our 2 double room cottage with a full kitchen is HALF available so squeeze 8 people in a 1 bedroom tight room. I am told that the people in the other half will be checking out later. Check in for us at 3 and not available till about 5:30pm so I am upset and the Wife Lilly was rude to everyone on the resort including making our family along with others not feel welcomed on our family vacation. The husband Gary was condesending and rude in a odd way. Gary tried to be nice but was extreamly rude and invasive as far as relaxing went! Well if you like people following you and being rude when they messed up there bookings and looks at me as if I should not be upset! Also no oven which means no full kitchen. another lie but I should not be upset. Wow for all the screw ups they let me check out at 2:30pm. Horrible! Doug there son was geniunely nice. The setting was nice.
