Set back off of beautiful route 7a . Well kept family run motel. We loved the owner she was very nice. The motel was clean and reasonably priced. Nice mt views. We stayed in the late fall and the room was nice and warm. Located between Bennington and Manchester.

Don't stay here!

We had reservations for two nights. On the way to the hotel, our car caught fire and was totalled. When I called to cancel the reservation, the person I talked to said it "wasn't his fault" and that they'd have to charge us for the night. I explained again and he said "these are tough times" . He was possibly going to be out $79, I was out a car. Bad attitude, bad business, don't stay there.

Looking forward to my next stay

Charming breakfast room. The owners make everyone feel at home and there's a personal feeling that you don't get everywhere. Breakfast was more than adequate and good. Convenient to the quaint museum of Rockwell's paintings...not splendiferous like the one in Pittsfield, MA. More like the man and his works.
