Safua Hotel, Salelologa

My name is Lavinia Sefuiva. I am a ethnographic Specialist Assit. for the American Samoa Community College. I love this Safua Hotel. My boss and I took some college students to Savaii for research. The students just love Safua Hotel because the owner was friendly, she chat with us, shared her knowledge with the students and even the employee shared myths and legends, culture and more with them. The food was the best part, lots of sea food that they cooked it in island dishes. The garden was great, you can picked some of the mango from the tree for free. After the trip with students, I took my family to Safua hotel. My children love this place even my husband and I. The employee were friendly, they have island entertaiment, island band and they sang island songs. Great food, lovely Samoan fale, great baby sitter, friendly falimies around the hotel who gave big smiles when they saw us. The people in the village were friendly too, who love to share many things with my family. Thank you very much Moelagi and all of you at Safua Hotel, also to the village people, thanks we can't wait to see you again. We love You.
