The service throughout was awful. There were not enough staff and those staff thet were available were overworked. The location was excellent though, very central.

Well located for river and city, very clean and fresh. Staff courteous and helpful. Would stay there again. The rooms were of a good size with comfortable beds. Main critism; not much drawer or hanging space. Fridge was petty well filled with goodies. So not much room to store your own things. It was set up more for the business person than a family, or people wanting to stay a while and do for themselves; i.e. bringing in bread, fruit and salads to make light meals to keep down costs.

Great Location and service with a smile by the friendly staff. I have travelled the world and nothing beats this hotel ! Keep up the good work
