i wasn't impressed for the price or getting ripped off by staff there.

I loved the Westin . It was beyond expectations. The staff was wonderful. I will always stay there first choice. The rooms were very clean and full of amenities. The mini bar was great and room service was very prompt and food was excellent. The value is there and staff is 1st class. The airconditionong wprked wonderful also.

The Westin Philippine Plaza was awesome! My family and I stayed on the executive level floor and rarely felt the need to leave. There is a lounge on the floor, and they serve breakfast in the morning and cocktails and appetizers in the evening - all with a great view of the sun rising or setting over Manila Bay. My daughter enjoyed her room, and the pool - as well as the awesome dancers - every evening during the outside BBQ. My husband and I enjoyed the peacefulness and romantic oasis - which could be found scattered throughout the hotel and its grounds. Really - I did not leave the hotel for 3 days - there was no need - all of our needs were taken care of by the hotel and its staff.

Ever since I was a child, my relatives who come from the states would stay at the Westin and I would go and spend a short vacation with them there. Then i viewed the Westin at a different perspective since my knowledge was limited but one thing i was consistent about that I see Westin as a home away from home. The services of the comfort in your house can be very well felt at Westin. Hotel personnel are very efficienct and most of all they treat all their clients equally and with respect. The food is delicious and how it is served makes a very good presentation thus stimulating your appetite. As you go to your room, you will not be disappointed on how spacious it is. You have lots of space to move about and you will defenitely not feel confined. The furnitures are well maintained and truly it is a very relaxing place to be. The location where the hotel is situated is away from the busy Manila area that is why, no amount of trafic noise could be heard anywhere in the hotel. Transportation is available any time of the day so if you decide to go out to a mall or any tourist attraction you can have the services of a comfortable ride. The area is currently being developed wherein the SM Asia Mall is being constructed thus making Westin more convinient to nearby business establishments but still without the busy noise. After a whole day activity, just walking around the hotel's spacious lobby offers a big comfort and relaxation. Go towards the pool area and you will not hesitate to take a dip in the water. Truly staying there is grand. Like any other place, nothing is really perfect but I do not view things to what I would probably dislike. But still, there must always be room for improvement for change is inevtitable to grow and prosper. But in so far as my expectations are concerened, I have considered Westin a place excellent in its own standards.

As a tourism student,studying in Manila,my opinion for The Westin Philippine Plaza Hotel,it is a great place to stay,specially for couples,who wanted to spend a romantic evening together,I suggest they go to this hotel.As some people say,1 picture says alot.It is true..If you'll look at the pictures in the internet,you'll be amazed on how gorgeous this place is.The facilities and all the amenities are fantastic.I know it costs a little bit expensive,but I can say that it'll be worth it.

This hotel is the closest to your home. At the heart of manila, you will be served with delighted and courteous faces. This hotel is my best recommendations for my internet friends whenever they will be visiting the Philippines.And guess what? All of them are satisfied of the services and value it offers. This is indeed the best hotel in the city.

We stayed in this hotel last Jan. of this year to attend a wedding party.Westin Philippine Plaza was no way and I mean "NO WAY" a 5 star hotel, the quality of bed they have, the bathrooms(tiles are coming off the walls, the shower leaks).I certainly do not recommend this hotel to anyone who's willing to pay $120.00 a night.
