Faisalabad Serena Hotel, Shah Faisalabad

Very nice hotel. Lots of brick!! But lots of wings to the hotel and gardens and fountains in each courtyard. Nice outdoor pool, tennis courts, even a billiard table. Rooms are a bit dated, but very comfy. Best of all, FREE all day WI FI--that works. Service was excellent--if you don't want someone knocking on your door every 10 minutes, put out the do not disturb sign!! Can only get alcohol by room service and even that is a pain--if you are a Westerner you have to sign this huge ledger book they bring by for that. But this is a QUIET hotel, very much unlike the noise of a place like the Pearl Cont. in Lahore. Serena is quite serene.

very excellent atmosphere you must go there one time at lest to check out ..am sure that you will found it worh while.roo service food enviornment is not only worth while but also much more beautiful things you will see there.specially soup is spicy ..

The Location is nice and services are Good, Management Staff is very co-oprative, almost everything is provided in rooms... There food and dishes are really tasty

i think ik is one of the best hotel in fasialabad as 4 star hotel,provided with plesant location as fsd is polluted area,and its buffae .ramzan package have a standard,while to have a dinner here ,enjoy tasty meal.yummy

this is a wonderful city of pakistn.i like ut sooooooo much.but there is only 1 prolem people dont carer abt cleanliness.there was a very nice service of people.people r so friendly,nice and caring.and also very loving.they are very hospitable.they know how to deal with a guest.there service is very good.there is delicious food service.

I love the architecture and ambiance. When entering the building one feels as if you are entering the era of the maharaja's. The service is very good and personal. In the midst of this industrial city one can experience tranquility.

Faislabad is the Manchester of Pakistan and an industrial sity which is the key city of pakistan income and a great place for the generation of Pakistan to come here and get a job in a very vast field of industry spelcially in yran and cloth i advice all of u to visit this city in ur first free time Thanks Mian M Arshad Nadeem

This hotel is very nice.The rooms are very clean.You will have Cable TV in your room.You can swim in the pool.You can order wine of all major brands.Just be cool.

The Serena Hotel in Faisalabad,Pakistan is a wonderful hotel whch is of international standard. the rooms were fine, if not a little outdated and in need of modernisation. I appreciate they are going for a classic look, but furniture and soft furnishings still need updated regardless of the look they want to achieve. My biggest Issue with this hotel is the value factor, it is very overpriced or the service provided, for example comparing it to the Pear Continental in Lahore, the Serena is a baby brother, but they feel they can get away with charging almost double the going rate. I think this hotel has capitalised on its monopoly situation for far too long. I have recently heard that another hotel of standard has opened up, if so, I will definitley give it a try. The staff also think they are a little above the customers they are attending to, my little queries were only dealt with in a swift manner when I requested to speak to the duty manager, at which stage all my request were dealt with rapidly. In a hotel of this standard, this level of service is really not acceptable. So come on all you developers and International hotel companies, get building!
