Brilliant Stay

Well done to the management and staff who treated us with great service. The new hotel rooms are stunning and really affordable. I have seen some negative feedback but totally disagree with it...we had a fantastic stay. Will go back next December.

We had a wonderful stay and will definetly go back. The management and staff were great and very flexible with our requests. The place was clean and the service was excellent. It was value for money.

staff is very rude,i had to stay at reception for 12hours before checked in. plz ther should be rooms for early arrivals and late departure,coz that's what we call hospitality

don't recommed it

I booked this place for tourists to stay there, for 2 days they came back to me complaining there's no parking the place is packed like there's something going on it doesn't look safe, they had to look for another place to stay coz they didn't feel comfortable . so on my side i will never book you guys for any one. so i'd like to know if is this a place where local people stay as like renting monthly or its for tourists.

Its not nice for us when someone comes back to me and tell me the paced you've booked for me was crap.

Coastlands Holiday Apartments

I stayed at the Coastlands three weeks ago for a week. Let me tell you, it was the most unpleasant place I have ever stayed in all my life!!!!!! The place is really run down, the apartments leave much to be desired and the little cockroaches running around does not help the situation.....but the worst of it all was the lifts.....you could wait for up to 45 minutes for a lift and when it eventually came, it was FULL!!!! There were four lifts, but only two were "operational", because twice, friends of mine got stuck in the lifts for over half an hour..........needless to say, I will never return to the Coastlands Holiday Apartments nor recommend it to anyone........
