not a dissapointment

I disliked the lack of professionalism among the staff especially the manager who made no effort to give us a good time he seemed more happy to make frequent trips to marsabit town however the location is great and i have to say that any ecconomical benefit it may have to the owners,are all thanks to the the environmentb and i believe if they just put more effort into it it would be a gold mine.

beautiful place you become one with nature

from what I have heard, the place is known for the fighting of local tribes! at first I was afraid but I realised that marsabit lodge was in the middlle of a game park and that it was guarded always by the game rangers. its not so fancy but the person on duty explained that the point was to bring the wild experince and just be a stop over for tours and and something to eat and rest.the food is standard. It was a different experience because Im used to fancy hotels but im glad I did it. the local people were friendly too. its really far but if you are in for the safari experience go for it!!!! and the nature Oh..... magnificent beauty
