Great Service
KLM lost my bags again so instead of checking in I called the hotel to arrange bags pick-up and did my business.
When I finally arrived to the hotel, the bags were still in Amsterdam. However, the Hotel offered a tooth brush, a shaver and a free service to take me to a shopping center to buy new shirts, socks, etc. All that without me asking! + assured me that there is a bell boy in charge of making sure I get the bags.
Service is fantastic, ambience of rooms great, location perfect. Book through an agent as official Hotel prices are always about 100% higher than what I usually pay.
The Japanese restaurant on 1st floor offers fresh and tasty fish and an "entertaining" dining experience, too bad you cannot charge it to the room.
