Comfort Inn Ogallala, Ogallala

We recently stayed at this Comfort Inn and we were a bit shocked at how unfriendly the staff was. The front desk personel were unfriendly, but they were nothing compared to Linda The Head Housekeeper. At the complimentary breakfast, Linda The Head Housekeeper made sure everybody understood how put out she was. She let out huge sighs of disgust and rolled her eyes as she stomped around, setting out donuts and cereal. Anyone unlucky enough to ask her a question was treated very rudely. She wanted to make it clear to everyone around her what an imposition that they were to her. They all got the picture. This hotel also had the tiniest pool I have ever seen in my life. Incidentally, if you have children, be advised that this hotel does not have the cartoon channel, disney, or any other children's channels. The gift shop was nice and had great prices, and the giftshop clerk was nice. The price at this hotel was reasonable, but I wouldn't even consider staying here again, until Linda The Head Housekeeper is either given a class in customer service or given the boot.
