Willow Brook Lodge, Pigeon Forge

i liked the breakfast and the indoor pool, but the jacozzi in the indoor pool needs a little work . but all the rest ,what a nice place and the mgr judy is a real peach a nice lady. and all the staff was nice also. very clean we injoyed it and we would recomend it to anybody. here here. nice job but i did leave my knife there and tried to call and they did not answer the phone . i will call in the morning . w. and janet jordan. and big daddys was a good place to eat next door to the lodge.

Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The price seemed a little better than most of the other hotels I've stayed in at Pigeon Forge. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that they could use a little more seating in the breakfast area, it was so packed we had to go to a restaurant instead. But other than that, no complaints! As a matter of fact, I'm going back there this weekend with my husband.

The place was exceptionally clean, which is a huge plus. Couldn't ask for better service, friendlier or more helpful employees. Good prices, too.

This was such a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. Was very family friendly pools are great, clean rooms smelt like it was brand new Updated rooms and interiors Staff was pleasant and nice. Just a note If you are looking for a quiet place to relax without kids you have a choice of pools the Inside pool was nice to relax by if you cant take kids but .I am a preschool teacher loved the fact kids could be kids.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed 3 nights in the River Suite. We had our two kids with us, so it was nice to have our own space and still keep watch over them. Having 2 bathrooms was great, since I'm the only female in our house. Jacuzzi in room was awesome. Our room looked brand new it was so clean. It was nice having the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The kids loved the indoor pool. Also, the outdoor pool opened our last day, and they loved that. It is close to everything. Breakfast is more than adequate and the dining area is kept VERY clean. Staff was helpful but unobtrusive. We stayed in a suite, but the regular rooms looked just as nice. The price was very reasonable for a suite and the lady who took my reservation even told me about a online coupon that saved 10% on our stay and they gave us another coupon when we left.

Good location, great view of the smokeys from most rooms, exceptionally clean, big beds and comfortable. Wonderful atmosphere and extra friendly staff, plus breakfast was great!!!!

Very very clean, good parking, breakfast, nice staff, perfect location. The maid made sure we had everything we needed and was super nice.Room was decorated very pretty, wash cloths/towels were folded in a very cute display. Pools were nice-outdoor one was always very busy and crowed with tween age kids having fun on the slide but that's what vacations are for "having fun". Wish the outdoor pool was a little bigger. Indoor pool was excellent with whirl pool also. It had a beautiful peaceful view overlooking the river. It was more private and quite out at the indoor pool. Staff made sure plenty of pool towels were on hand and what impressed me most was I noticed before the pool opened of the mornings the staff was making sure everything was clean right down to wiping down all hand rails and gates. Very clean. Our kids didn't care to go to the game room after discovering someone had brought a dog into the game room and let the dog mess. Felt sorry for the cleaning lady having to clean that terrible disgusting mess up. She was very sorry for the delay of the game room until she could get it cleaned up. It wasn't the hotels fault. It looked like a nice little game room. Good selection of vending machines. All in all very nice place to stay. Would probably stay again. Spent a little more than I usually do by staying at Willow Brook but was probably worth it. Felt safe there, clean place and the guests seemed to be all nice friendly family type visitors. Although they had a great elevator, wish it was a place with interior hallways to rooms instead of concrete sidewalks on each story to rooms. If you're a smoker or pet owner it may not be a confortable place for you to stay. We enjoyed our visit very much.

ROOM WE ASK FOR WE DID NOT GET CALLED 3 WEEKS BEFORE WE CAME TO TOWN

We just returned from Pigeon Forge and had a nice stay at the Willowbrook. We arrived around 10:30 PM and stopped in to check roomrates and availability. We wanted an upper level floor, and the ladies at the front accommodated us. When we got to our room, it was on the poolside which was noisy for me. We went back to the front desk, and they changed us to a room away from the pool that was quiet. The ladies at the desk were super nice. The room was not outdated or worn looking, and it was clean. The breakfast and dining room was a nice surprise. There were lots of tables and the selection was good. There was always a lady on duty that kept everything filled and cleaned. The only small drawback is I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable, but I can deal with that because the room and bathroom were super clean. I would def. stay at Willowbrook again.

We just returned from a couple of days and we had a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely nice. The complimentary continental breakfast was not bad. The biscuits and gravy were actually quite good. Both the restaurant and the pool area were quite crowded during our stay. Our room was nice and clean. Our only real complaint was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Fortunately we had a jacuzzi in the room to work out the soreness after a night on that mattress. All in all this we enjoyed our stay and would probably return.
