never again
We were looking for a extended stay as we were going to childrens hospital. This was one of the hotels on their list of hotels that give special rates to patients families. Not knowing how long we would have to stay, this sounded like the best place to stay. The location was good. First of all, it's not marked very well. We had 3 rooms reserved for grandparents and family. One of the rooms still had coffee left in the pot. Our room and the other set of grandparents room had over flowing toilets. The room had an awful smell that opening the windows and burning a candle didn't help. We called for a plunger at 6:30 a.m. and my husband had to find someone. The office didn't open until 7a.m. A housekeeper just coming into work helped him. There was puddles of water in the stairway??? From someone elses toilet???
The bathroom was clean but very small. We were blessed with 2 bars of soap, no hair dryer. There are 3 floors and no elevator. We had to go upstairs down a hall and down stairs to get to the first floor. The saying is true, you get what you pay for.Dark, dingy and scarry.
