Price not right

I had specifically asked for a room for five. I was told they had a room for 4 and that they could add a roll-away bed. The price quoted was $94.00.
The rollaway bed was cot-sized, much smaller than a twin, and had a spring missing, so my son was uncomfortable. There were not enough towels or glasses in the room, and there were not enough people working in the dining room at breakfast. The two girls working there were overwhelmed that Sunday morning. Some of the guests actually got up to wipe off tables and to bring people their beverages.
To top it off, we were charged $112.00 for the night (and no, the difference wasn't the taxes) and my concerns were not taken seriously-I was told that they couldn't have quoted that price to me and they only said "We'll look into it" about the broken bed. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
