Clean Rooms, Acommodating Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/27/09
We have a 15 month-old son who likes to run wild and roll in the floors. We felt the room we stayed in at Richland was very clean for a hotel. My husband was also very impressed with the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She took a lot of time to talk about area attractions (namely the Amish, of which the nearby community she gave us a map) and she also recommended a very good restaurant to eat at (The Brass Lantern). She took a lot of time to make sure we had all the information we needed. You don't find that everywhere.
