Terrible!

What an awful place to stay, a very unfriendly character behind reception, unhelpful, rude, not child friendly, 1970's room style, shower not working, no food service until 8pm at night! We have spent many years visiting Italy this is my first, leaving with a very bad taste in my mouth! Do Not Go There!!!!!!!!!!

Across from train station.

The hotel's location across from the train station seemed more for business travelers vice tourists. Was not a welcoming place. We canceled and moved to the Hotel Savant.
